Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use. By making a purchase on the Website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will apply to all purchases made through the Website.

Prices

Prices are in  €uros  ex VAT and do not include transport costs.

Companies who can justify TAX ID and VAT number will be exempted from VAT.
Our prices do not include local taxes or local custom duty.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct any error in pricing.

There is no minimum order.

Preparation of order

Items are only shipped to the customer after we receive the corresponding payment and all elements necessary for the good execution of the order, particularly :

-address, full name, telephone numbers,

-delivery address with name and telephone of the recipient.

We cannot guaranty the availability of all the items listed on our website; if an item is not available, C-Weed Aquaculture  will inform the customer.

The customer will have the choice to accept another similar item or ask for the refund of the value of the missing item

In the 27 EC countries, goods can circulate without custom procedures : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. These shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

Delivery of orders

You must inform algues-alimentaires.com  within 48 hours in writing via fax or e-mail if merchandise is damaged or missing after checking your order upon delivery and noting the damaged or missing products on the delivery invoice. Failure to provide such documentation will render the request invalid. We advise you to refuse parcels if you see that it contains a broken item. Once notified algues-alimentaires.com shall make arrangements to have damaged item returned at no charge to the customer. When the condition of the product is verified and the claim for damages is approved, algues-alimentaires.com  shall, at its sole discretion, either a) send you replacement merchandise provided it is still available and in stock, or b) credit you in full for the sales price (exclusive of shipping and handling charges) of items which are no longer available. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Algues-alimentaires.com  will, however, ship replacement items, if any, to you without charge.

With the exception of damaged or missing merchandise subject to the terms described above, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges.

Payment

All orders must be prepaid.

The Payment is secured by our bank . All informations you give (card number, expiration date, security number) are secured by SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer).
This cryptage system is the most commonly used to protect data transfer between customer and server.

C-Weed AquacultureSARL has no access to these informations.
We accept : Carte Bleue - Visa - Mastercard - Paypal .

Bank transfer : SWIFT on our bank account on request.
Property rights
Items are only shipped to the customer after we receive the corresponding payment (by credit card or Swift). All delivered items shipped remain our property until full payment of the order, as stated in the French law (law 80.335 , 10 may 1980).

Policy of exchange and refund

Our first goal is to satisfy all our customers, far beyond our legal obligations. This is your best guaranty.

In application of the French Consumption Code, you have seven working days after delivery to send back an item for exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items damaged after delivery are not exchangeable. Items must be sent back to C-Weed Aquaculture  sarl in perfect original conditions. If you wish to send back a product, you must first inform our Customer Service by using the Contact form. Transport costs of returned products are at your charge.

Any claims or disputes whatsoever arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Saint-Malo – France.
